Computer-based training (CBT) is one of the three delivery methods PCKeys offers. We know that for some, self-paced learning is perfect! If you want to control how fast or slow you proceed through topics, if you want to pick-and-choose topics to cover, if you need to be able to train 24/7 from anywhere in the world, then CBT is right for you. We work closely with partners to author and present training in the PCK-way using their professional post-production, development and delivery methods to produce the titles we hope you will find useful, whether this is your only training method or if you combine it with out virtual and traditional instructor-led training delivery. Our video-based CBTs are engaging, progressive and logical and follow proven adult learning concepts. They use real-world examples, candid discussions and easy-to-follow demonstrations to introduce skills to you. We then provide the files so you can work through the skills yourself. Hands-on practice and expert instructions provide in-depth understanding and the ability to apply the skills to your own work. Most importantly, they are fun and you'll enjoy learning with us. Our courseware is similar. We provide full-color courseware that meets educational objectives in easy-to-understand, engaging ways that you will use both during and after a training session as a resource. We can provide simple Quick Reference guides, Productivity Builder labs and even full curriculum packages to meet the needs of your trainers. We've invested 16 years learning how people learn and more importantly, we’ve listed to what people want, like and dislike about certain courseware offerings. We've taken all that input and used it to create our training materials in a way we think people will enjoy, understand and use. Much of our courseware is topic-specific, so you don't have to buy a whole course if all you need is to learn about charts or pivot tables. You can select a single pocket course to meet a specific training challenge but our courseware is designed to also integrate, so you can combine the topics that are important to you to create custom seminar-length, half-day, full-day or multi-day courses. That's the beauty of it! You get the topics you want, none you don't and can configure your training to meet your needs, not ours.
